What You’ll Do

- Provide friendly and skilled customer service to visitors, tenants, and parkers.
- Patrol parking lots and parkades and ensure vehicles follow parking rules.
- Conduct permit audits, space counts, rate surveys, and routine site inspections.
- Identify and report safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment issues.
- Perform pressure washing, heavy cleaning, and general site cleaning as required.
- Issue parking notices and coordinate vehicle tows when required.
- Monitor and respond to parking equipment and system alerts.
- Troubleshoot gates, pay stations, access-control systems, LPR,



and parking software.
- Update rates and information on pay stations and parking apps.
- Complete work orders and operational reports.
- Handle cash collections and deposits according to company procedures.
- Maintain parking equipment, signage, and other site supplies.
- Assist with event parking and other operational duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and technology.
- Previous customer service, parking, security, or facilities experience is an asset.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including pressure washing and heavy cleaning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events.
- Ability to walk and patrol parking facilities for extended periods.
- Other related duties may be assigned as required.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
