POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Technical Support Technicians motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to provide first- and second-level technical support to users, handle incidents and service requests, prepare and configure workstations and peripherals, manage accounts and basic access rights, and document interventions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, log and handle user incidents and service requests.
Diagnose and resolve workstation, peripheral and software problems.
Prepare, configure and deploy equipment and workstation images.
Manage accounts, basic access rights and licences in the designated tools.
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams and follow up.
Document interventions and feed the knowledge base.
Support and train users on office and collaboration tools

CANDIDATE PROFILE
College diploma (DEC or AEC) in computer science or any related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Technical Support Technician.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, Protected, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications:



CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, MS-102, ITIL 4 Foundation.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): Cisco CCNP Enterprise, AZ-104, RHCSA.
Experience with one of the following tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft 365, Intune.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
