Key Responsibilities:
Direct greenhouse workers for order assembly tasks
Ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency
Report workflow and equipment issues to supervisors




Manage operation of processing line machinery
Provide support to packing and propagation teams

Requirements:
Previous experience in greenhouse production preferred
A post-secondary diploma in Horticulture is beneficial
Forklift/pallet truck certification is an asset
Solid attention to detail and organization
Physical ability to lift weights and perform repetitive actions
