The Complex Care Analyst at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan responds to member inquiries and provides accurate information on pensions and advantages, handling low to mid-complexity interactions while guiding customers to self-service when appropriate. You will work with the Manager, Member Experience & Relations, Complex Care, maintain knowledge of current policies, meet service levels, and contribute to standardized processes while delivering courteous, timely support.
