Part-Time Cleaning Company Manager

We are seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a residential and commercial cleaning company.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate cleaning schedules and team members
- Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
- Track jobs, employee hours, and company operations
- Assist with quality control and customer satisfaction
- Use QuickBooks and Jobber for bookkeeping and scheduling

Requirements:
- Experience in office administration, management, or the cleaning industry is an asset
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Jobber, or the ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible availability

This position will start part time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company grows. Pay: $23.00-$138,986.53 per hour
