Part-Time Medical Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part time MOA Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team in Squamish.

Hours: Approximately 4 hours/day, Monday–Sunday (28 hours/week)

Pay: $18.25–$24/hour, depending on experience

Duties

- Patient check-in and appointment booking
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- General medical office and administrative duties
- Scanning, faxing, filing, and processing requisitions
- Perform ECGs
- Apply/remove 24–48 hour Holter monitors
- Apply/remove 24-hour blood pressure monitors
- Provide patient instructions
- Clean and prepare diagnostic equipment
- Other medical office duties as required

ECG, Holter, and BP monitoring experience is an asset but not required training will be provided.We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable working with patients, and able to work independently after training. Weekend availability is required. Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
