We’re looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team — someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you’ll work on an assigned book of business with the support of a collaborative team committed to doing what’s best for our clients.

What You’ll DoAs part of our dedicated Personal Lines team, you will:

Service, maintain, and help grow an assigned personal lines book of business. Manage all aspects of the customer life cycle — from quotes and renewals to endorsements, remarkets, and cancellations. Responsible for portal uploads.

Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and provide the best possible insurance solutions for your clients. Act as a trusted advisor — helping clients understand their coverage and making sure they have the right protection for their unique needs. Take and process new claim reports, providing empathetic support to clients and coordinating with insurance carriers.

Diligently follow up on outstanding items to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner. Serve as a key liaison between clients and insurers,



advocating for your clients and supporting our customer-first culture. Have the opportunity to earn additional commission for any recent business you bring in.What You BringRIBO License (mandatory).

Minimum 2 year of experience in a broker role with a focus on Personal Lines. Proven success managing and servicing an assigned book of business. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Working knowledge of POWERBROKER (an asset), CompuquoteA proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients protect what matters most.
