The Role:

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you play a lead role in providing quality client service to clients, holding a high standard for ethical conduct and attention to detail.

This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, significant priority management, and managing frequent interruptions.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist and educate clients on their insurance protection and industry changes, share insight into additional insurance products which may offer additional protection, address coverage inquiries in a prompt, professional manner, report claims, and secure policy renewals.
- Maintain current contact and policy information.
- Review receivables reports and take immediate action on past due accounts.
- Ensure all interactions and activities on an account are detailed and accurately documented immediately.
- Keep informed of the insurance industry through independent study, continuing education, and agency resources.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

- Bachelor's degree in a Business, or related field or college diploma in insurance brokerage (i.e.. CAIB, CIP or RIBO) is preferred. A combination of education,



skills and experience will be considered.
- 1-3 years of Broker/Insurance Industry experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in client or customer service.
- Level 1 Agent License or working toward.
- Must have robust verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Strong experience using word processing and office productivity suites like MS365.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Experience using Applied EPIC is considered an asset.

How We Work:

- Located in Fredericton or Moncton, NB
- Regular office hours are 8am to 4:30 PM AST.
- Occasional travel, off-site meetings or events and overtime is required.
- Networking at group insurance events is expected.
- Conducting presentations and meetings is required. (in person / virtual and formal /informal)
- Hybrid option within 12 months of employment based on experience level and performance.
