Ottawa Graduate Portraits is a studio specializing in formal graduate photography for university graduates. We are seeking two photographers to join our team to assist with running photo events and taking portraits. The studio is located at 280 Albert St. and this will be the primary work location, with events taking place at or near UOttawa and Carleton. No photo editing is required.
Compensation will be $20 per half hour session, with the schedule released a week in advance. The exact schedule will depend on the clients booking but we do our best to have back to back sessions. The work is generally seasonal with peak season occurring in May/June.
This is a great opportunity for casual work in photography and for a new photographer to gain experience.
You must be
- Highly competent with a camera
- Familiar with posing techniques
- Friendly and able to make clients feel comfortable
- Familiar with lighting best practices
