Move Mobile is a mobile gymnastics and physical literacy program that brings fun, engaging movement classes directly to daycares and childcare centres.

Our classes are designed for young children and use gymnastics-inspired activities, creative themes, and age-appropriate movement skills to help children develop strength, balance, coordination, confidence, and a love for being active.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and caring coach to join our team and independently lead Move Mobile classes at childcare locations throughout NW, NE, and Inner city area Calgary.

Duties

- Travel to daycare and childcare locations throughout Calgary
- Lead fun, safe, and engaging gymnastics-inspired movement classes for young children
- Follow Move Mobile lesson plans and program structure
- Adapt activities to different ages and abilities
- Transport, set up, and pack away portable gymnastics equipment
- Create a positive and encouraging environment for children
- Communicate professionally with daycare staff
- Maintain a high standard of safety and care
- Work independently once training is completed

Qualifications





- Have experience working with young children
- Have a valid First Aid/CPR certification
- Be willing and able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving between locations
- Be dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Be physically able to set up, move, and pack away portable gymnastics equipment
- Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Gymnastics, dance, cheer, early childhood education, coaching, or similar movement experience is an asset, but gymnastics experience is not required. Pay: From $22.00 per hour
