Podium Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated and passionate performance physiotherapist to join our high-performance rehab team. We work with athletes, active individuals, and post-op clients who want more than just pain relief, they want to move better, train harder, and return stronger.

This is not your typical clinic role. We offer 1-on-1, 45–60 minute sessions, a fully equipped gym space, and a culture that blends rehab with strength and performance principles. Whether you're working with a teenage volleyball player, a post-op ACL client, or a weekend warrior chasing their next personal best, you’ll have the autonomy and support to deliver high-impact care.

We’re growing and looking for someone who wants to build long-term relationships, collaborate across disciplines, and grow alongside a performance-minded team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-depth assessments of musculoskeletal injuries and movement patterns
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, exercise progressions, and return-to-play protocols
- Educate clients on injury pathologies, load management, and long-term performance strategies
- Communicate effectively with strength coaches, surgeons, and other health professionals
- Maintain clear, qualified documentation




- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in orthopedic and sports rehab
- Help shape the clinic's culture, contribute to community initiatives, and grow your caseload

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Passion for sports, strength training, and performance-based rehab
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Experience in dry needling/IMS, ACL rehab, or strength and conditioning is an asset (but not required)
- New grads with strong clinical reasoning and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply
