Overview

J.R.’s Pizza is looking for a dependable, hard-working, and responsible Full time Pizza Cook to join our kitchen crew. We take pride in serving high-quality food to our community, and we need someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and stays focused in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, stretch, dough-top, and cook pizzas according to J.R.’s established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food prep, toppings, and sauces are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely.

Assist with preparing appetizers, salads, and other menu items as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation throughout your shift.

Monitor oven temperatures and cook times to ensure high quality and consistency.

Work efficiently alongside team members during busy rush periods.

Show ownership and initiative in daily kitchen tasks and shift upkeep.





Qualifications & Requirements

High level of responsibility and reliability (punctuality and consistent attendance are a must).

Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred (pizza-making experience is a strong plus, but we will train the right candidate).

Strong understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene practices.

Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and keep up during high-volume rushes.

Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Availability for full time scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Starting Pay: Minimum Wage
