Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality pizza dough from scratch, ensuring consistency and proper texture for each batch
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including ingredient measurement, topping assembly, and portion control
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, maintaining optimal cooking times and temperatures
- Maintain strict food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Assist with general food service duties such as serving customers, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared pizzas




- Support meal preparation efforts for the kitchen team by organizing ingredients and maintaining a clean work environment
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food industry regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic workspace at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with pizza or similar cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with serving customers and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the food industry’s best practices for quality control and safety compliance
