About Aquastar

Aqua S.T.A.R. Swim Lessons has taught private swim lessons for nine years. Families ask us for lessons near them every week, and the main thing that limits us is access to pools. We teach across Canada today and plan to grow into the United States and Asia.

The opportunity

We are looking for independent partners with sales experience and strong networks to introduce pools to us: hotels, strata buildings, fitness clubs and private homes with a pool. You make the introduction. We sign the owner, place a certified instructor and fill the schedule. Then every lesson taught at that pool pays you.

This is commission-only: no base pay. It suits someone who wants income that builds over time, not a replacement for a steady wage.

What you earn on each pool

- $250 when the pool has its first completed lesson
- $2.91 for every completed lesson from lesson 11, for 36 months
- $500 when the pool reaches lesson 45
- $1.00 for every lesson after 36 months, with no end date, for as long as you remain a partner

Lessons of 40 minutes or less pay half. You invoice us monthly in your own business name, and we pay by e-transfer within 15 days.



What a pool can pay at full capacity A pool running 50 to 120 lessons a month pays about $2,467 to $4,911 in its first year, $1,746 to $4,190 a year in years two and three, and $600 to $1,440 a year after that. Eight pools at that pace pay about $19,735 to $39,290 in the first year. These figures show full capacity. They are not promises or averages. Current pools take months to build up, and a pool that never starts lessons pays $0.

You introduce a pool once, and the pay continues while lessons run. Every pool you add starts its own stream, and the streams stack. Founding partners keep their full terms as the program grows.
