About the Role

The President will be fully accountable for achieving the company's financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Set Strategic Direction: Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans in partnership with the corporate leadership team, establishing clear priorities and positioning the company for continued success.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Build and develop a high-performing management team. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship while supporting leadership development and succession planning across the organization.
- Drive Growth: Lead company-wide growth in alignment with the strategic plan, identifying and pursuing both organic and inorganic opportunities to expand the business.
- Drive Financial Performance: Own company-wide financial performance, including annual budgeting, KPI management, forecasting, and accountability for achieving financial targets.
- Oversee Operations:



Provide leadership and oversight across the organization to ensure operational excellence, strong performance, and achievement of strategic goals.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with key customers while driving company-wide sales performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer retention.
- Champion Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture built on solid employee relationships, engagement, accountability, and alignment with company values.
- Collaborate Across the Organization: Partner with the broader corporate network to share best practices, improve performance, and identify opportunities across the group
