with 10+ years of experience working within architecture firms and strong technical expertise across all phases of project delivery.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial and industrial architecture, along with experience coordinating technically complex projects. Exposure to public sector work is considered an asset.This role is heavily focused on technical leadership, project coordination, consultant management, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from design development through construction completion. You will work closely with internal project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure high quality documentation, strong coordination, and efficient project delivery.The successful candidate will be highly detail oriented, technically strong, collaborative, and comfortable leading project teams while mentoring intermediate staff and technologists.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical project delivery through design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phasesOversee project coordination between architectural teams and external consultants including structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplinesReview drawing packages and technical documentation for quality, coordination, constructability, and complianceProvide technical leadership and mentorship to technologists, interns, and intermediate staffCoordinate BIM workflows and support project delivery standards across teamsWork closely with project managers and senior leadership to maintain schedules, deliverables, and project alignmentSupport construction phase services including RFIs, site instructions, submittal reviews, shop drawing reviews, and site reviewsCoordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical and construction related issuesAssist in developing and maintaining technical standards, documentation processes,
