Irvin Heritage is seeking 1-2 Archaeological Field Directors to help facilitate in-field project management. This is a leadership position within the company set aside for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, creative problem solving traits, and the ability to foster a positive team atmosphere. As an IHI Field Director you will lead groups of Archaeological Field Technicians across the province on a variety of site types. IHI has projects from a variety of cultural backgrounds, time periods, and site uses on the go for 2026 and 2027.
