Thompson Construction Group has current openings for Dozer Operators supporting operations in the Fort McMurray area. This role involves operating dozers safely and efficiently within active construction and earthworks environments while maintaining high standards of safety, communication, and equipment care.Responsibilities:Operate dozers for tasks including ditching, sloping, ripping, and excavation supportRead and interpret grade stakes and site plans as requiredPerform pre-operational and routine equipment inspections prior to useFollow direction from supervisors regarding work areas and daily tasksMaintain awareness of ground disturbance requirements and underground utilitiesOperate equipment in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safe work practicesParticipate in site safety meetings and safety programsIdentify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and equipment concernsReport incidents, near misses, and equipment damage to site supervisionCommunicate effectively with supervisors, spotters, and other operatorsAssist with general site duties as requiredPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience operating dozers in heavy civil construction, earthworks,
