process and compound prescriptions including:Receiving and transcribing verbal prescriptions from practitionersEnsuring prescriptions are complete and authenticProviding injections/vaccinations as applicable by regulations in certain jurisdictionsTransferring prescriptions to and receiving prescriptions from other pharmaciesEnsuring the accuracy of prepared prescriptionsConducting the final check of prepared prescriptionsConfirming the accuracy of drug and personal health information in patient recordsWhat you bring to the table:Completion of the Pharmacy Technician CertificationExcellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently in a rapid-paced environment
