We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Printing Associate to join our team for operating printing equipment, preparing materials, finishing print products. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional visual solutions.

Vinyl installation experience is also an asset and installing printed signage or graphics at various client locations.

Duties

- Operate large-format printing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Prepare materials for printing, including loading media, calibrating printers, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Cut, package, and organize printed products for delivery or installation.
- Safely install signage, banners, or graphics at client sites using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment to prevent downtime and extend machinery lifespan.




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, inventory levels, and installation details.

Experience

- Prior print shop experience is an asset.
- Prior machinery operation is an asset.
- Experience with print products or vinyl installation is an asset.
- Background in designing software like Canva or Adobe Illustrator is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to warehouse operations and equipment use.
- Vehicle and drivers license is an asset.
