Job Role: Product Operations Specialist (Power BI/JIRA exp)

Location : Toronto, ON /Hybrid

Position Type : Contract Role

Contract Term: 9 months

4 days per week

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 60-65/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

- 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Coordination , Project or Program Coordination, or a related technology delivery role.
- Strong Jira experience , including dashboards, reporting, board configuration, workflows, automation, roadmaps, and dependency tracking.
- Strong Power BI experience , including dashboard development, data visualization, operational reporting, and KPI reporting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and independently coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management , release readiness, and modern technology delivery practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining delivery metrics, scorecards, reports, and executive-ready materials.




- Sufficient technical understanding to engage effectively with engineers, architects, data teams, and technology leaders and to connect delivery impacts across systems and workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience in financial services, investment management, capital markets , or an enterprise technology setting.
- Experience supporting cloud migration, modernization, or other complex technology change initiatives.
- Experience with Azure, Confluence, Microsoft Excel , and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience.
