Accountability and Duties

Under the direction of the Operations department, the Production Associate works within the facility in all departments related to product cycle such as:

- Cultivation, harvesting and drying product batches
- Processing and packaging
- Completing batch record documentation
- Cleaning and sanitization of rooms and equipment
- General housekeeping
- Accurate inventory controls
- Assisting with shipping and receiving as required

What You Bring

- 1-2 Years experience working within a team environment in customer service or production.
- This position will require someone who is physically fit and able to work in an environment that will require standing for long periods of time and working in varying temperature-controlled rooms.




- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- A strong team player who likes to work with and encourage others with a ‘can do’ attitude
- A passion for learning and growth
