As Production Manager, you are the operational backbone of Mawg’s projects. You oversee the physical execution of work, from build strategy and fabrication through warehousing, logistics, and installation.

Working closely with Design and Project Management, you translate creative intent into practical, buildable solutions. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard of quality and safety across the shop, warehouse, and site. You are both a planner and a problem-solver—someone who understands how early production decisions ripple through fabrication, logistics, and installation.

Key Responsibilities****Production Planning & Execution

Lead production planning from initial build strategy through final installation

Review designs and technical drawings to determine materials, fabrication methods, and installation approaches. Oversee fabrication workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency

Identify risks, constraints, or build challenges early and implement practical solutions

Take full ownership of execution outcomes across assigned projects

Installation Oversight

Plan and oversee in office installations, including staffing, vendors, and equipment coordination

Ensure installs are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements





Troubleshoot on-site issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track

Warehouse & Operations Management

Directly manage and support the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager

Oversee warehouse and production operations including storage, prep, staging, and load-outs

Coordinate schedules, logistics, shipping, and delivery across multiple projects

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first warehouse and shop environment

Partner closely with Project Managers to align scope, schedules, and execution plans

Work with Designers to ensure builds reflect design intent while remaining practical and buildable

Coordinate with external fabricators, installers, and vendors as needed

Communicate proactively and clearly to keep teams aligned and informed Safety & Quality Control

Uphold rigorous safety standards across shop, warehouse, and installation sites

Maintain consistent quality standards across all builds and installs

Support continuous improvement of production processes and workflows

Work Environment

Office-based role with standard equipment (laptop, printers, etc.)

Hands-on collaboration with fabrication, warehouse, and production teams

Fast-paced, detail-driven environment focused on execution excellence Qualifications

Required 5+ years of experience in production, fabrication, installation, or build management

Strong technical understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes

Experience managing warehouse or shop operations

Ability to interpret technical drawings and determine effective build and install strategies





Proven leadership skills and confident decision-making under pressure

Robust organizational skills and clear, professional communication

Nice to Have

Experience in experiential marketing, exhibits, pop-ups, or event-based builds

Familiarity with mixed-material fabrication (wood, metal, print, CNC)

Hands-on installation or site leadership experience

Experience supervising production, shop, or warehouse teams
