35 – 40 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office & Program Coordinator to support daily operations and help coordinate programs, events, and administrative activities.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic workplace, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in keeping systems efficient and organized. This role reports to the Executive Director of AWMAC BC.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and office team
- Coordinate programs, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative systems
- Support internal workflows and assist with process improvements
- Coordinate member communications and administrative aspects of association programs
- Support the administration of membership records and related processes
- Assist with general office operations and coordination tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills





- Post-secondary education in administration, business, communications, or related field (asset)
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Compensation

- Salary: $52,000 – $56,000 depending on experience
