Position Summary

Reporting to organizational leadership, the Project Coordinator provides overall coordination and operational leadership for the ADEC. Overseeing consistent program delivery across service regions, supervises and supports the Business Support Navigators, coordination of program activities and partnerships, while ensuring that participant services, data collection, performance measurement, and reporting align with program objectives and funder requirements.

You will play a central role in connecting the different parts of the program, including youth workforce development, entrepreneurship, barrier reduction, commercialization, community partnerships, and post-program supports. Working closely with staff and partners to ensure that youth receive coordinated, culturally responsive, and accessible support as they move toward employment, education, training, entrepreneurship, and other meaningful opportunities between the regional areas of Moncton, Miramichi, Fredericton and Saint John.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead provincial coordination and maintain alignment across all regional program sites. This will include occasional travel to various sites across New Brunswick.

· Oversee associate scheduling, curriculum consistency, delivery standards and program implementation.

· Supervise Business Support Navigators and support their professional development, workload coordination and quality of practice.

· Coordinate pitch events, ecosystem roundtables and commercialization processes.

· Lead provincial employer engagement and support workforce pathway alignment.

· Manage partner relationships and coordinate formal program-level ecosystem connections.

· Oversee data governance, dashboard review, KPI trend analysis and reporting integrity.

· Ensure accurate mapping of intake assessments,



case notes and participant outcomes to program performance measures.

· Monitor NEET employment outcomes.

· Provide risk escalation, issue resolution and quality assurance across program sites.

· Oversee commercialization disbursement quality assurance and compliance tracking.

· Support fiscal accountability and reporting compliance in coordination with ADEC and administrative partners.

Required Qualifications

· Post-secondary education in business, entrepreneurship, youth development, social sciences, community development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and employment experience, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

· Demonstrated experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple partners, programs, or service locations.

· Strong understanding of youth entrepreneurship, and workforce pathways

· Strong understanding of NEET youth (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), the challenges and systemic barriers they may face, and effective barrier-reduction approaches.

· Demonstrated ability to work within culturally responsive, anti-racist and trauma-informed programming serving Black and racialized youth.

· Experience with performance measurement, data governance, KPI monitoring and funder reporting.

· Strong partnership-development, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Working in New Brunswick in one of the site locations is required (Miramchi, Moncton,



Fredericton, Saint John).

· Comfortable using workplace technology, including laptops and mobile devices.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant digital tools and platforms.

· Ability to work effectively with Black, African, newcomer, refugee and other racialized youth using culturally responsive and anti-racist approaches.

· Ability to work afternoon, evening and/or weekend hours as required by cohort delivery.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.

· Experience working with Black youth in rural and or urban communities.

· Criminal Background Check within the Vulnerable Sector clearance and maintenance are required.

· Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel in the province

· Ability to live or work in Miramichi is required.

Pay: $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Miramichi, NB E1V 1N9
