About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all phases of broadband infrastructure projects. Your proactive approach will help drive projects forward on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to communications systems while honing your project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive day-to-day project administration while collaborating cross-functionally with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering, Accounting, Safety, Fleet, and field operations.
- Establish and maintain project files, startup packages, folders, and systems in full alignment with company documentation standards.
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with municipalities, utilities, transportation authorities, and other regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate the development, submission, and tracking of Traffic Management Plans and road use documentation, liaising with field supervisors, engineering teams,



and traffic control providers to reflect actual site conditions.
- Maintain project opportunities and operational status trackers across internal systems, attending project meetings and driving assigned action items.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across internal teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Administer material procurement activities, including delivery scheduling, logistics coordination, and tracking.
- Monitor project reporting, status updates, and invoicing documentation, actively resolving missing records to support timely billing.
- Manage end-to-end project closeout administration, confirming required field records are complete and resolving outstanding items to eliminate billing delays.

What you need:

- Knowledge of outside plant telecommunications is an asset, but not required.
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with others as a team.
- Extremely organized and a self-starter; able to work with limited supervision.
- Robust multi-tasker who excels at coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent people skills.
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
