Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and evaluating nursing care delivery
• Conduct health assessments and monitor residents’ well-being
• Administer medications as per medical guidelines




• Supervise personal care provided to residents
• Train and evaluate recent PSW/HCA staff
Requirements:
• Must hold active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years or more experience in geriatric or related fields
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Strong interest in working with elderly individuals
