Westland Insurance Group has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive, Life Insurance based in either Kamloops, BC or Surrey, BC (Head Office). You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new life insurance business opportunities, as well as key person insurance solutions. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling life insurance and risk protection solutions to individuals and organizations across Western Canada. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship building skills, and a passion for growth and winning new cases. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored life insurance solutions that meet client needs and support Westland's expansion goals.Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 based on a 40-hour work week.
