Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Project Manager / Site Supervisor to lead our field operations. In this dual role, you will bridge the gap between office planning and field execution. You will oversee electrical projects from kickoff to handover, managing on-site crews, ensuring strict safety compliance, and keeping projects on time and within budget.

Core Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Direct, mentor, and schedule on-site electrical crews and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
- Project Management: Track project milestones, manage material procurement, and ensure installations match blueprints and design specs.
- Safety & Quality Control: Enforce local electrical codes and OHS safety standards; conduct rigorous quality inspections to eliminate defects.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the main point of contact for general contractors, clients,



and engineering teams regarding job progress and technical issues.
- Admin & Budgeting: Manage change orders, track labor hours, and complete accurate handover documentation and compliance certificates.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role.
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman Electrician certification FSR Prefered.
- Technical Skills: Robust ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams. Experience with project scheduling software is an asset.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and flexibility to travel to local job sites.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
