Your role The Project manager leads multidisciplinary initiatives designed to support the company’s growth, product launches, packaging changes, new client onboarding, and other strategic projects. Working closely with various teams across the organization, he or she ensures the planning, coordination, and execution of projects in alignment with established objectives, timelines, and priorities.

What you will accomplish daily

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic commercial projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, risks,



dependencies, and deliverables.
- Support commercialization activities, product launches, packaging changes, and recent client integration.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on objectives, priorities, and key decisions.
- Prepare project follow-ups, dashboards, and governance committee materials.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, and tools.
- Contribute to the implementation of governance processes, tools, templates, and tracking mechanisms that enhance project execution and visibility for stakeholders.

What you need to join our team

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in consumer goods, food, or manufacturing sectors.
- PMP certification or a master’s degree in project management (an asset).
- Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
