Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and gauges.
- Collect and analyze data related to product dimensions, tolerances, and defect rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize quality control procedures to verify adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed records for traceability and audits.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly, recommending corrective actions when necessary.




- Support implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and participate in internal audits to ensure compliance.
- Assist in training team members on quality inspection techniques and proper use of measurement tools.

Experience

- Previous experience in manufacturing or quality control roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong attention to detail!
- Familiarity with quality management principles, QA/QC processes, and analysis skills is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges is highly desirable.
- Strong data collection skills with the ability to interpret findings accurately are essential.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and safety protocols will support your success in this role.
