We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter & Human Resources Generalist (English/French) to support our growing, multi-site Canadian operations.

You will partner with leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire top talent while providing generalist HR support that contributes to an exceptional employee experience. - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements that attract top talent.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and industry channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring panels, and complete reference checks.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop recruitment metrics and provide insights on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring trends.
- Collaborate with external recruiting partners and vendors when required.

Support Employee Onboarding

- Coordinate onboarding activities and employee system set-ups.
- Prepare employment documentation and support HRIS transactions.




- Ensure new hires receive a positive and engaging onboarding experience.
- Assist with payroll-related employee changes and HR documentation.

Provide HR Generalist Support

- Advise managers on employee relations, attendance, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Support leave management, disability programs, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee lifecycle activities.
- Promote compliance with employment legislation, privacy requirements, and company policies.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

- Maintain accurate HRIS records and reporting.
- Support HR projects related to recruitment, onboarding, process improvement, and employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR practices and operational efficiency.

What You BringRequired Qualifications

- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including significant full-cycle recruitment responsibilities.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across a variety of roles.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building,



and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

- CHRP or CHRL designation (or working toward certification).
- Experience supporting unionized environments.
- Experience with disability management, leaves of absence, and return-to-work programs.
- Knowledge of privacy, human rights, and occupational health and safety legislation.
