Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Recreation Coordinator to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for residents by organizing engaging recreational activities that align with our mission of providing exceptional service and community well-being.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement recreational programs that promote physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with residents to understand their interests and preferences for activities.
- Coordinate events and outings that foster community engagement.
- Maintain records of participation and gather feedback to improve programs.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Work closely with other staff members to create a supportive environment for residents.
- Promote a positive atmosphere that encourages resident involvement.
- Report any concerns or suggestions from residents to management.
- Be in proper attire at all times as reasonably determined by Service Provider.




- Assist in planning and developing recreational programs to ensure that activities and events are made available for all community members.
- Supervise gym, pool and other amenities.
- Work as a team, alongside with Management, superintendent and concierge/security to ensure a secure and clean community.
- Communicate and follow up with incident reports and deficiencies.
- Responsible to update Property Management on any repair dates of any fitness equipment and pool within 24 hours.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in recreation coordination or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with residents and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative programs.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to recreational activities is an asset.
