Nick Mac's HVAC is seeking an experienced refrigeration technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and is confident installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Complete general mechanical work related to refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all applicable safety standards, codes, and procedures
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers

Qualifications

- Valid 313D or 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license
- Valid G2 Gas Technician/Fitter license
- Valid full G driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience servicing and repairing refrigeration equipment, including refrigerators and freezers
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems and components




- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with welding, plumbing, installation, and general mechanical work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship

- Refrigeration Technician: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving License - Full G with a clean record (preferred)
- G2 Gas Technician License (required)
- 313D or 313A License (required)
