About the Role

We are currently looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor.

The primary focus of this role will be clinical supervision and oversight of ABA programs, with the majority of supervision sessions conducted virtually.

Some clients may also require direct 1:1 sessions with an RBA/BCBA. These sessions will be compensated at a separate direct-service contractor rate and may require travel to the client's home or community setting.

Candidates located in Brampton, Mississauga, Milton, or surrounding areas would be particularly well suited for this opportunity due to the potential need for occasional in-person services.

Responsibilities

- Provide primarily virtual clinical supervision and oversight of ABA programs
- Develop, review, and modify individualized behaviour intervention plans
- Review and analyze client data and make programming recommendations
- Supervise and support Behaviour Therapists/Interventionists implementing ABA programs




- Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
- Conduct assessments and contribute to treatment planning as required
- Provide caregiver consultation and training when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with families and other professionals, including SLPs, OTs, educators, and other members of the client's care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in virtual case meetings and clinical discussions
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA services for select clients when agreed upon
- Travel to client homes/community settings for direct 1:1 sessions when required

Independent Contractor Structure This is an independent contractor position, not an employee position.

Contractors will

- Have flexibility and control over their availability and schedule
- Have the ability to accept or decline referrals
- Choose clients based on availability and clinical fit
- Primarily provide supervision virtually
- Have opportunities for additional in-person direct 1:1 BCBA/RBA services
- Receive a separate rate for direct 1:1 services

Qualifications
- Current RBA/BCBA certification or applicable professional credentials
- Experience providing ABA services to children and/or youth
- Experience with assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively




- Commitment to neuroaffirming and strengths-based practice
- Professional liability insurance
- Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation for in-person services, where applicable
