Registered Dental Assistant - Full-Time Opportunity

Our small, family-oriented dental practice in downtown Okotoks, AB is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our established team.

We are seeking an RDA to work 4 days per week beginning October 2026. This position is to cover a maternity leave but for the correct individual this position would extend to long term full time. We are a single-dentist, independently owned practice with a small clinic environment and a long-term, supportive team. We are looking for someone who is a team player, dependable, and committed to providing excellent personalized patient care.

Qualifications

- Experience preferred but open to mentoring a new grad or RDA with limited chairside experience
- Proficiency with ClearDent software is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Schedule

Our clinic operates four days per week with a rotating schedule:

- Monday:



11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

From September through June, Thursdays and Fridays alternate as the fourth clinic day. During the summer months, the practice is open Monday through Thursday only, with no clinic on Fridays.
