The Role The Nigel Program is a licensed residential program for adults with complex disabilities. The interdisciplinary team at the Nigel Program provides nursing care, personal care, occupational and physical therapy, social work, dietary services, housekeeping services, and recreational therapy to facilitate active living programs.

The RN/RPN provides and coordinates direct nursing care related to the safe care of clients and residents of the Broadmead Care. This includes providing clinical direction to the Health Care Workers, Licensed Practical Nurses and delivering direct care to residents, in accordance with the Qualified Standards of Practice for Registered Nurses of BC and the Mission and Vision of Broadmead Care.

What You Bring

Along with your passion for exceptional care, you are:

· Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program; holds current, full license with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

· Knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice as currently required by the BCCNM, including administering medications.
