We are a busy family medicine practice looking for a dedicated, patient-centered RPN to join our clinical team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a primary care environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, continuity-based care.

About the Role

You will work closely with our physician and clinical team to support the full spectrum of day-to-day patient care in a quick-paced yet collaborative family medicine setting.

Clinical Responsibilities:

- Assessing patients and supporting smooth clinical flow throughout the day
- Triaging patient concerns in person and by phone, and escalating appropriately
- Relaying test results and following up with patients under physician direction
- Administering medications, injections, and immunizations
- Assisting with delegated acts and procedures under physician supervision
- Rooming patients and recording accurate vital signs and histories
- Supporting chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Current registration in good standing with the CNO
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- A calm, skilled manner with a genuine commitment to patient care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills




- Comfort with technology — familiarity with Telus PS EMR, Ocean, and Google Workspace is an asset
- Technical skills such as the ability to perform Pap tests are considered an asset but not required; we will train the right person
- Experience in Primary Care is an asset
- An aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to develop advanced clinical and EMR skills over time
- A minimum 3-year commitment to our team

Compensation Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Eligibility Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada on a permanent basis.
