About us

CellResell is a fast-growing Kelowna company that buys, tests, repairs, and resells smartphones, primarily through Amazon across Canada, the US, and Mexico. Our repair team processes over 100 devices a day, and we're expanding into a dedicated screen polishing facility. We're looking for someone to help our Repair Manager keep the repair operation running smoothly.

The role

You'll support and report to our Repair Manager as the planning and logistics side of the repair operation. He runs the team, the training, and the technical process; you ensure the parts, supplies, and people are in the right place to keep things moving. This is a hands-on coordination role: you'll spend part of your day at a desk managing inventory and reporting, and part of it on the floor at intake, QA, and our polishing facility.

What you'll do

- Manage parts and supplies inventory for the repair department: set and maintain stock levels, place and track orders, and plan around supplier lead times so the floor never stops for a missing part
- Monitor throughput across our repair stations, spot bottlenecks and imbalances, and recommend solutions and staffing adjustments to the Repair Manager
- Run the intake and allocation step: receive devices into repair, suggest work assignments, and keep the repair queue balanced
- Perform final QA on completed repairs alongside the Repair Manager and flag devices that don't meet our standard




- Act as a second set of eyes at our polishing facility, keeping the flow of devices between buildings on track
- Log issues, recurring defects, and process gaps, and turn them into clear reports for the Repair Manager and management
- Maintain accurate records in our inventory system (NSYS) and Excel

What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in a production, warehouse, repair shop, or inventory role where you owned stock levels and scheduling
- Working knowledge of inventory fundamentals: reorder points, lead times, cycle counts, etc.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new systems
- Sharp attention to detail and an ability to catch things before they become problems
- A clear, direct communicator who flags issues early and works well as part of a team
- Comfortable on your feet and moving between work areas throughout the day

Nice to have
- Experience with smartphones, electronics repair, or consumer electronics refurbishment
- Experience with an inventory or ERP system
- Diploma in supply chain, operations, or business

Details

Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site in Kelowna. Competitive wage based on experience, plus benefits. Reports to the Repair Manager.

Pay: $27.00-$33.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
