Working in a retirement residence is more than just a job; it's a life experience. This is an prospect to be recognized and valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of our service, and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors!We are currently seeking an empathetic and caring Resident Care Attendant.Schedule: Variable, days and evenings, one weekend out of two.The Resident Care Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety, and general needs of residents by providing hygiene and comfort care.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :





- Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Proactively assist and support the residents
- Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
- In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
- Answering call bells
