Who Are We?

Integrare Premier Cleaning is a residential cleaning company that is founded and owned by a local mother who knows the daily juggle firsthand. Our name comes from the Latin word “Integrare” - meaning “to make whole.” That philosophy guides everything we do, from bringing balance and peace of mind to our clients' homes, to creating a supportive, respectful environment for our team.

We know firsthand how difficult it is to find work that accommodates school drop-offs and pick-ups. We have built our schedule around real life because we believe work should support your life, not consume it.

At Integrare our wonderful clients have come to count on us for premium-quality care in their homes. But we do more than just clean - we go above and beyond to truly help. If there is clutter, we don't mind tidying at all.

If a client needs a little extra hand around the house, (as long as it is safe) we are happy to roll up our sleeves and pitch in. There is nothing quite like the gratification of watching a space come together, and the genuine pride that comes from hearing a client's heartfelt "thank you" when they walk into a home that feels entirely renewed. Your peace of mind and well-being come first. If a client doesn't respect that families come first, they simply aren't the right fit for us.
- Strong Pay & Perks: $23.00 – $25.00/hour to start, plus performance bonuses and mileage reimbursement for travel.

What We Are Looking For:

- Integrity & Discretion: Because you’ll be stepping into private homes, absolute honesty, trustworthiness, and respect for client privacy are non-negotiable.
- An Eye for Detail: Someone who takes genuine pride in delivering the premium-quality results our clients expect.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable personal vehicle, and a dependable nature.
- Clear Background Check: Must be able to provide a clean Police Criminal Record Check prior to starting (to be reimbursed upon hiring).

Duties

- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet client standards
- On occasion, laundry services are performed alongside a cleaning in the clients' homes. Duties would incude washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment,



ensuring safety and proper inventory management
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly to ensure continuous quality service

Skills

- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform light laundry tasks accurately and safely
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
