Job Title: Retail Associate (Seasonal Support)

Master Chocolat is a premier chocolate company known for handcrafted quality and exceptional customer experiences. We’re currently seeking mature, enthusiastic team members to support our retail operations during the holiday season.

Position Overview:

This is a seasonal role, not tied to one specific location. You'll be working across all four Master Chocolat locations. Weekly hours will vary. Open availability is preferred. A vehicle is an asset but not required if you can reliably commute to all four Master Chocolat locations.

As we head into our busiest time of year, it is essential that you are comfortable being on your feet for long periods of time and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a busy, hands-on role where energy, focus, and reliability are key.

There is potential for the role to transition into a part-time position after the holiday season, depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, warmth, and product knowledge
- Handle transactions and maintain store presentation to premium standards
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and keeping displays full and inviting
- Promote special offers and support smooth daily operations
- Confidently present, recommend, and upsell premium, high-end products
- Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment while keeping service standards high

- Can work weekends, holidays, and at multiple locations
