Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Provide knowledgeable advice on technology and retail products to support customer decisions
- Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card payments efficiently
- Upsell complementary items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and promote featured products
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements

- Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to keep displays tidy and stock replenished
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader customer base
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
