We're looking for a passionate Retail Client Advisor to deliver exceptional in-store customer experience, while representing one of Alberta's most iconic brands.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

· Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and expert product guidance.

· Help customers find the right fit, style, and product solutions.

· Share Alberta Boot's heritage, craftsmanship, and product knowledge with confidence.

· Support daily store operations, including sales transactions, merchandising, inventory, and store presentation.

· Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

· Support daily store operations during regular business hours, with occasional participation in merchandising, inventory management, special events, and operational activities before opening or after closing.

· Contribute to sales objectives and help create a positive team culture.





WHAT DO YOU NEED:

· Previous retail, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service experience is an asset.

· Robust communication and relationship-building skills.

· Passion for premium products, craftsmanship, fashion, or Western heritage.

· Reliable, organized, customer-focused, and team-oriented.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
