PremYum is looking for a hands-on Retail Manager with strong beef knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll run the day-to-day operation, lead the retail team, work alongside them when needed, and find ways to grow the business.

What You’ll Do

- Take ownership of the daily retail operation and set priorities for the team.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Retail Butcher and Customer Service Representative.
- Step in to perform butcher or customer service duties when coverage is needed.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product presentation.
- Coordinate product requirements with our production team.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, waste, sales, and retail performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
- Identify and lead improvements to the store, its processes, and the customer experience.
- Drive the growth of PremYum’s retail business.

What We’re Looking For

- Retail management or supervisory experience.
- Professional beef industry experience and strong beef product knowledge are required.
- Practical butchery skills and the ability to safely cover Retail Butcher duties.
- Meat retail or grocery management experience is strongly preferred.




- The initiative to take ownership, solve problems, and follow through.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
- Willingness to lead by example and work alongside the team.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
