Job Summary

Join our team as a sales associate in a country store/pet food store - where we offer good old fashioned customer service, with customer carry outs and service with a smile :) In this role, you will engage with customers, assist with product selection, and ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Carry 40- 50 lbs to stock shelves and provide customer carry outs throughout the shift
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for productive cash handling and checkout processes
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are accurately labeled
- Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions in person

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a moderate-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail

This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail sales expertise.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
