What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized footwear fittings and product recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting the best shoes, insoles, and accessories for their needs
- Build strong product knowledge across leading footwear brands
- Meet customer needs through active listening and solution-based selling
- Support daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and presentation standards
- Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable standing, walking,



and staying active throughout your shift
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment

Bonus Qualifications
- Footwear, athletic apparel, sporting goods, or specialty retail experience
- Experience with consultative selling or personalized customer fittings
- Passion for health, fitness, wellness, or running
