Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management to optimize sales and profitability
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Oversee customer service interactions to ensure a positive shopping experience and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately to maintain financial integrity
- Coordinate purchasing and merchandising strategies to keep the store well-stocked with appealing products
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales processing, returns, and transactions with precision




- Implement marketing initiatives within the store to boost sales and enhance brand visibility

Skills

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail environment
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and pricing strategies
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette for engaging with customers and team members
- Proficiency in retail sales, cashiering, and POS systems for smooth transaction processing
- Ability to recruit, interview, and train new staff effectively
- Sound organizational skills with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, marketing, and sales management principles
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while ensuring high standards of customer service and store performance
