FHA Solutions Inc. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Rogers Greenfield fiber designer to join our team as a CAD & Spatial Design Specialist. This role is fully remote, with flexible schedule built around getting the job done.

As Prime Designer for Rogers Communications across Ontario, we deliver end-to-end utility design, including survey, engineering, permitting, and network design, all under one roof.

This is a hands-on production design role, not a coordination position. We're looking for someone who can independently take Rogers Greenfield fiber projects from spatial input through to completed design and splice documentation.

What you'll do

- Complete spatial inputting for Rogers Greenfield fiber projects
- Produce CAD designs specific to Rogers Greenfield fiber programs
- Develop complete splice packages, including:
- NAP and FDH splice assignments
- Splice sheets
- Completed PAD forms
- Work within Rogers Greenfield workflows, standards, and requirements from start to finish
- Review designs and project information for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with internal teams when clarification or technical input is required
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining production timelines
- Ensure completed designs and splice packages are ready for submission and downstream construction activities

What we're looking for
- Direct experience with Rogers Greenfield fiber programs is essential
- Strong CAD design skills
- Experience with spatial inputting
- Experience developing Rogers splice packages
- Experience with SpatialNet




- Strong understanding of Greenfield fiber design workflows
- Ability to independently manage production-focused design work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline repetitive design or administrative tasks is a bonus

What success looks like
- Greenfield designs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Spatial inputs, CAD designs, and splice packages are complete and submission-ready
- NAP and FDH splice assignments are accurate
- Design issues are identified and resolved before they impact downstream work
- Projects stay on schedule without compromising design quality
- Work is completed independently with minimal supervision
