Offer excellent customer service while answering all emails / calls from clients

• Respond to all customer complaints and find solutions as efficiently as possible
• Handle order entry, ensure order accuracy, and follow up with customers to confirm product requirements and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with the logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
• Track and monitor the status of orders and address any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer communications and orders
• Update order documents on shared company drive
• Assure accounts are complete and maintained in CRM system
• Support the sales team with checking stock, price checking,
  
  
  
  email pricing.
• Process returns and replacements as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years previous Customer Service experience
• Fully bilingual (French- English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to challenges.
• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
